Slates were born from the idea that every formula Blank Wheel Co. makes can be altered and changed based on rider feedback, making every new batch a “blank slate”.

Fresh out of the wrap these wheels feature a grippy skin and good roll speed. Once the aggressive skin is worn past it is succeeded by a gentle, controllable and somewhat thaney urethane. The now skinless Slates have a forgiving edge, and gentle stopping power that resemble safely rolling a stop sign; a safe amount breaking power without the lurch.
